ID Clinical Skincare Refund & Return Policy

At ID Clinical Skincare, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.

✅ Eligible for Refunds (Unopened Items Only):

We accept refund requests for unopened and unused products returned within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Products must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

❌ Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products (unless damaged during shipping).
  • Products returned after the 7-day window.
  • Digital products, services, or promotional bundles marked “final sale.”

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

🔁 How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email us at support@idclinicalskincare.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

⚖️ Legal Notes:

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet our policy criteria. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this refund policy.
